SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping within the United States of America is included with all covers purchased. All shipments are through USPS and are sent Priority Mail. Any international shipments will be through USPS as well, but will be assessed additional fees, taxes, and tariffs. Not all charges may show up during purchase window for international shipments, and additional fees may be charged later when applicable. (Please read "Terms & Conditions" before purchase)
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All golf head covers and customized items are final sale, nonrefundable and cannot be returned for store credit. Only damaged items from delivery may be returned for items of the same design or equal value. All products are inspected by the artist/owner before packaging to ensure that nothing is shipped that may be considered low quality. Any additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. These limited edition items are the same as buying art from a gallery and it is the buyer's responsibility to understand this context before purchase, it is not the responsibility of GolfiendLLC if the buyer is unaware of the nature of these items for purchase.
All damaged or faulty items caused by shipping and received by the customer must be documented and notice received within 2 days of receipt of shipment by the customer. Our customer service team will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience. Item(s) must be sent within 5 business days. Upon receipt, a member of the Golfiend team will make best efforts to repair the item(s). If repair cannot be made, a replacement will be sent at no additional charge. Due to the limited nature of most items, if a replacement is unavailable you will be refunded in full.
